I haven't blogged in a minute, well its kind of hard to get ya Blog on when ya homeless and have curfews in Shit. But all I can say is that God is Good! Currently I am living in a Hotel Room on 83rd Street in the Upper West Side. it’s a nice set up because I got my own key, Only thing is that I am still in the Shelter System so I must be here by 10:00pm every night but its all gravy because I'm a home body and I'm good for making small places feel like home. Shiiiit I live in NYC! The Upper West Side is Cool, The Only thing that pisses me off is all these Damn White People, The Segregation in this City is kind of Wack its like when I walk down 83rd Street these Honky's know where I live, & its like even if I didn’t live here they would probably still judge that I probably live here, I can read on there faces that they don’t approve of us being in the neighborhood, But if you really think I give two fucks, I don’t. lol. I feel like a White Person in Harlem. Lol. Ive been here for about 2 weeks and my experience living here have been cool, Its way more lax than Kingsboro Star (my last Shelter I was living in in Flatbush, Brooklyn) Where I am at now, Is a annex Shelter where they send people with Jobs, so I lucked up because I’m currently looking for one. & I cant wait to get one (sike) I love doing my Subway Poetry for today I made like 80 bucks in 3 hours, but since my shit is not taxed, the shelter doesn't honor it as money so I treat my hustle like fishing, I get on the trains, make money, then throw it back out to the economy, gaining material things. & Ill never stop.

Life is Grand when you don’t have no more Stresses. I am a living testimony of Letting Go and Letting God. For I have so much trust and faith in him that I know my life is in Good Hands. I'm Gutta and I know this, while hustling on the train today, a lady with a Janell Monae Braid Hairdo told me to always reach for Bigger Things. I told her, “Subway Poetry is where my heart is, I plan on having books and Cds and doing Shows, but my heart is actually with dealing with Ignorance and Love all in one boat.” theres something about putting yourself on stage of an audience that you have to make love you, I was reading the 48 Laws of Power and it says its not about how many Lovers you got its about your Haters, and in NYC, with the New York Mentality you are bound to get MANY haters but just being good. So I try to do my best when I'm on the trains, then when I get grunts that’s how I know I'm doing something right and when I get dollars I know I'm doing something right too, either or with my character Subway Poetry will always play out as a Win Win situation for Hate and Love all equals to Love in my eyes.

God is Good, I'm considering joining 1st Corinthians Baptist Church this Sunday for this Sunday will be my third visit. I really want to Understand the Bible better just as I want to Understand other Holy Scriptures also. As a poet I want to be able to relate to all, find the thread that can follow itself through all the beads of Religion and having the opportunity to lift them up finding connections in all Faith is a big mission of mine. SO I'm excited, also for having the opportunity to meet and bask in the essence of a congregation of Good People.
